🎨 Things are rockin’ and rollin’ in art this week!
4th and 5th graders are putting the finishing touches on their art show pieces for the upcoming music program! 🎸
5th graders are loving seeing their cardboard guitars come together, while 4th graders are cracking up over how realistic their Elvis bottle buddies look now that the heads are attached!
2nd and 3rd graders are hard at work on their holiday-themed art for the show. ❄️
2nd graders are creating magical snow globes, and 3rd graders just finished their nutcrackers and are learning all about poinsettias!
Our Kindergarten artists are continuing to explore warm and cool colors by making the most adorable bats to show what they’ve learned. 🦇
1st graders just read Frankenstein Doesn’t Wear Earmuffs by John Loren and are drawing their very own Frankenstein characters—plus, they’ll be learning how to use a new kind of paint this week! 🎨
And our 6th graders are taking art to heart—they’re learning about bullying and how they can be part of the solution through a powerful painted rock project designed to build a better classroom and school culture. 💪🪨
