Thanks for your support in maintaining a safe and efficient transportation system at BES.

BES Art Corner

Art has been a blast!

  • 6th Grade – Their secret art project went on display for staff—turning teacher photos into “Frida beautiful” masterpieces! They are also drawing Frida and adding color to bring her to life.

  • 3rd Grade – Finished their Frida-inspired bird and fruit art, now proudly displayed in the hallway.

  • 2nd Grade – Completed watercolor Frida cats, soon to be showcased.

  • 1st Grade – Wrapped up their Frida Day of the Dead skeletons, now on display.

  • Kindergarten – Finished apple core art and started Frida-inspired portrait handprints.

  • 4th Grade – Wrapping up their 4-part drawing project and will begin a brand new project next week!

  • 5th Grade – Hard at work on their music program art for the upcoming show. On Friday, they’ll attend a presentation from Monkeyhouse Guitars, a local business that handcrafts guitars for celebrities! This will inspire them as they begin making their own cardboard guitars.

Berryton PTO has an immediate need for a craft fair chair. This event is Saturday November 22 9-3. Responsibilities include soliciting vendors, collecting fees, assigning booths, advertising for the event, communicating updates with PTO, and being there for the entire event. Most planning can be done from home. There will be other PTO members available to assist with planning or questions. This is a nice fundraiser and community event we don’t want to see canceled. If you have an interest in chairing this event or have questions please reach out to Karlee Bocquin at krboc@msn.com.
